Minimum order requirements vary depending on the product and decoration method. Screen printing minimum order requirements are: 12 pieces for one color and 24 pieces for up to four colors. There are no minimum order requirements for embroidery. Promotional products and marketing materials will vary.

Yes! Every order is required a 50% deposit before production begins unless otherwise discussed about. 

Turnaround time depends on the size and complexity of your order. Most orders are completed within 7-10 business days after artwork approval. Rush orders may be available - just ask!

We accept AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, PNG, JPG, and other common file formats. Vector files provide the best print quality, but we're happy to review whatever you have. Please note there may be an additional charge if vectorizing artwork is needed.
