Order and Approval Terms

 By signing below, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions regarding custom printed and decorated products:

1. Proof Approval
Customer understands that all artwork, sizing, placement, colors, and details must be approved prior to production. Once final approval is given, Precision PrintWorks LLC is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or design issues present in the approved proof.

2. Order Accuracy
Customer is responsible for confirming all order details including garment sizes, quantities, colors, and styles. Precision PrintWorks LLC is not liable for discrepancies after production has begun.

3. Custom Product Policy (No Returns/Refunds)
All products are custom-made to order. Due to the nature of custom-printing, all sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted unless the product is defective or the error is due to Precision PrintWorks LLC.

4. Color Variations
Customer acknowledges that slight color variations may occur between digital proofs, screen prints, embroidery, and finished products due to differences in materials, inks, and processes. Exact color matching is not guaranteed.

5. Garment & Material Disclaimer
Precision PrintWorks LLC is not responsible for manufacturer defects, inconsistencies in garment sizing, or issues arising from customer-supplied garments. Print results may vary depending on fabric type and condition.

6. Production Timeline
Estimated production times are provided as a guideline and are not always guaranteed. Delays may occur due to supply issues, equipment, or unforeseen circumstances. Precision PrintWorks LLC will communicate any significant delays.

7. Payment Terms
A minimum deposit of 50% is required before production begins. Full payment must be received prior to order pickup or delivery unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

8. Order Pickup & Abandonment
Completed orders must be picked up within 5 business days of notification. Orders not claimed within this time may be subject to storage fees or disposal without refund. 

9. Limited Liability
Precision PrintWorks LLC's liability is limited to the replacement or refund of the defective portion of the order. Under no circumstances shall Precision PrintWorks LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Intellectual Property
Customer confirms they have the legal right to reproduce any logos, artwork, or designs submitted. Precision ​PrintWorks LLC is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations.
